Virtual Private Network - The reason we use VPN is to protect ourselves from hackers. It is also used to change our IP Address while engaging in hacking.
We get internet through our internet service provider [ISP]. We can ACCESS everything through that ISP. Some websites are banned in our country and the government enforces those bans with the help of ISPs.
